Methodology:
I. Stand Alone Training Sessions- Vary in length from brief sessions to half-day and 1-2 day events. Targeted to particular or general audiences.
II. Distinct Ethics Modules Within Another Course/ Conference- Separate session on ethics included as part of the agenda for a conference or part of the curriculum of a management education course.
III. Targeted Workshops For Intact Work Groups- One hour to full day sessions tailored to a particular group and focusing on specific business issues. Designed with staff input to address areas of specific need and vulnerability.
IV. Integrated Module for Management Education- Customized planned discussion designed to be led by regular instructor to emphasize ethical content.
V. Invisible Integration- Teaching notes to assist instructors to reinforce and discuss ethical issues.
VI. Core Training Materials- Tailored in-house training materials to meet the need for consistent base of ethics training company-wide with the flexibility to be adapted to diverse groups. Materials can contain a common core of ethics principles, a framework for recognizing and analyzing ethical dilemmas and companion audio/video tapes. Can include facilitator /training guide and custom designed exercises.
